Superfood Salad Recipe

Eating well during pregnancy is essential to guarantee that the top superfoods are getting into your baby.

Superfood Salad Recipe

2 Large Cups of Organic Green Leaves

1 Cup Kelp Noodles (calcium rich seaweed)

Handful Alfalfa Sprouts

1 T Raw Tahini

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (organic)

1 T Greener Grass Superfood powder (spirulina, hemp, barley grass, he shou wu, crystal manna, chilli & pink Salt)

1 T Flax Oil (essential omega fatty acids)

Tiny pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

1 T Lemon Juice

1 T Goji Berries

Method:

Place the leaves, kelp noodles, alfalfa and goji berries into a large bowl

In a smaller bowl maket the dressing with the flax oil, lemon, greener grass, tahini, salt & apple cider – mix altogether into a paste and pour over the leaves.

Eat with some raw crackers, oat cakes or rice cakes.

This superfood salad recipe guarantees all your nutrients and essential oils whilst boosting your brain power, protein and green stores.
